AC Milan football team and kricket club was officially formed on DECEMBER 16th 1899. San Siro stadium inaugurated by Pietro Pirelli where he heldregarding the management of the club role for almost twenty years. The first President was Mr. Edwards, who was partnered by Herbert Kilpin who chose the official club colours.
